Hi, I’m Katie!

I started my career in the animal sector, studying Animal Management and earning a degree in Wildlife Conservation. Over time, I discovered my passion for UX design, fuelled by my curiosity about understanding behaviour— whether that’s in animals or humans.

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Parkinson’s UK, where I redesigned the website with a focus on responsive design and improving the overall user experience to make it more accessible for people with Parkinson’s. I’m now looking for a new opportunity to bring my knowledge, skills, enthusiasm, and unique background to a team, helping products reach their full potential and make a meaningful impact.

When I’m not working you will find me…

Walking my dog, Milo, while actively supporting the Parkinson’s UK community.

In October, I took on the Walkies for Parkinson’s challenge, walking 60 miles and raising over £1,000 for Parkinson’s UK.

I thrive on challenges and enjoy staying active and engaged.

Thrill seeking…

I’m all about pushing limits and conquering fears through exhilarating adventures. From rock climbing and skateboarding to skydiving and scuba diving, I’m always chasing the next adrenaline rush. What’s my next thrill? You’ll just have to wait and see!
